1873 December 20 - Ezekiel Noland registered land located in Camden County, Missouri from the United States government at Booneville, Cooper County, Missouri land office Certificate Number 41840. *the South half of the Lot number two of the North West quarter of Section 7, Township 39 North of Range 18 in the district of lands subject to sale at Booneville, Missouri containing 21 acres and 55 hundredths of an acre.

1876 February 7 Camden County, Missouri - land transaction of the North East fractional quarter South of Osage River of Section 25, Township 40, Range 19 containing 28 acres, also the North half of the South East quarter South of Osage River in Section 25, Township 40, Range 19 containing 53 acres, also the undivided nine twelths and also two thirds of one twelfth and also two fifths of one twelfth of the South half of the South East quarter of Section 25, Township 40, Range 19 containing 53 acres to island in the Osage River in Section 25 and 36, Township 40, Range 19 containing 34 acres, was conducted on this date between Hiram Shockley and his wife Elisa and Ezekiel Noland.

1920 November 26 The REVEILLE Newspaper, Vol. XLII No. 28, Camden County, Missouri - E. Noland of Thornberry, died Tuesday, November 16th, of cancer to the stomach. The bereaved ones have our sincere sympathy. *cemetery grave stone gives death date of November 15.

1920 November 26 Thornsberry, Camden County, Missouri - I, Nancy M. Noland, widow of Ezekiel Noland deceased, hereby waive my right to administer on said estate and suggest that Arthur Cline be appointed administrator. Nancy M. Noland (signature) Subscribed and sworn to before me this 26 November 1920. Henry Laswell, (signature) Clerk of Probate.

1920 November 26 - Application for letters of administration, state of Missouri, county of Camden; ss. in the Probate Court in the matter of the estate of Ezekiel Noland, deceased. Arthur S. Cline says that, to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names of the widow and of the heirs of said Ezekiel Noland deceased and their places of residence are respectively as follows: Nancy M. Noland, widow, who resides in the county of Camden in the state of Missouri, Anna Holcraft (Hollcroft) is now deceased; Cora Hilderbrand who is now deceased; Milla (Millie) Belt who is now deceased; Roda (Rhoda) Shockley who resides in the county of Camden in the state of Missouri; Lucy Cline who resides in the county of Camden in the state of Missouri, that the said Ezekiel Noland died without a Will on the 15th day of November 1920; that I will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and will pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law subscribed and sworn to before me this 26th day of November 1920. 1920 November 27 - Inventory and Appraisement Inventory of all the real and personal estate of Ezekiel Noland deceased, late of Camden County, Missouri, describing the quantity, situation and title of the real estate, the books and papers, the debts due or to become due to said deceased, the names of the debtors, the dates of the contracts, the amount of interest due thereon, and the rate of interest. Also an appraisement of all the personal property of whatever character of the aforesaid Ezekiel Noland deceased except evidences of debt having fixed value. Made by Arthur S. Cline, Adminisistrator of said deceased, and T. C. Crawford, J. L. Collier and John McDonald witnesses appointed to aid in making the same. Dated at Thornsberry, Missouri, this 27th day of November 1920.

1920 December 3 Friday The Reveille Newspaper Vol. XLII No. 29, Linn Creek, Camden County, Missouri - Judge A. S. Cline, of Thornberry, was shopping in town Friday, and also transacted business in the probate court. He has been appointed administrator of the estate of the late Ezekiel Noland. Administrator's Notice: Notice is hereby given that Letters of Admit intration upon the estate of Ezekiel Noland, deceased, have been granted to the under signed by the probate court of Camden County, Missouri bearing date the 26th day of November 1920. All persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them to me for allowance within six months from the date of said letters or they may be precluded from any benefit of such estate, and if said claims be not exhibited within one year from the date of the last insertion of the publications of this notice they shall be forever barred. Belt Gdn. Belt heirs (adults and minors) $1,450.00, expenses in attending court $25.00, J. D. Shipman probate fees, N. W. Chalfent Att"y fee $2.50, amount to balance $278.53 for a total of $8,906.03.

1923 May 17 - Estate records concerning Ezekiel Noland and granddaughter, Nora Opal Belt, James Monroe Belt, curator. Additional records state Ezekiel Noland owned 98 acres more or less in Linn Creek, Camden County, Missouri Township 39, Range 19, Section 2, Lot 5 N. E. quarter in the east half of Lot 5 of the N. W. quarter. Three room residents and a small barn.
