To any regular Minister of the Gospel, authorized to marry by the church or society to which he belongs, any Justice of the Supreme Court; any Judge of any inferior Court: any Justice of the Peace:
You are hereby licensed and permitted to celebrate and certify the rites of Marriage between Mr. Benjamin S. Hall and Miss Juliaet Truitt
They both being of lawful age, And for so doing this shall be your sufficient warrant.
Witness Miles A. Fuller, Clerk of the County Court of Stark County, State of Illinois and the Seal of the said Court being hereto affixed, at Toulon, this 21st day of June A.D. 1859.
