Donna H. (Duppstadt) Hartigan
Donna H. (Duppstadt) Hartigan, 64, lost her battle with cancer on July 29, 2009, in Manhattan, Kan. She was born on May 20, 1945, the daughter of Robert Glen and LorRean Malanie Langdon. Preceded by, four brothers, including her twin, and four sisters. She was married to Kenneth Duppstadt, and later divorced. He preceded her in death on April 24, 2007. She is survived by her husband, James, they married on Dec. 22, 2005; and four children, Kenneth Duppstadt and fiancee, Joan, Herndon, Va.; Lorena and husband, Steve Negley, Newville; Tina and husband, Jeff Shaver, Somerset; Susan and husband, Bob Frederick, Newville. She has eight grandchildren: Jacob, Joe, Cassandra, Danielle, Pam, Jessie, Cherisa, Carl, and great- grandson, Aidan. Sisters and brothers of Donna are: Barb Countryman and husband, Bob, Watertown, N.Y.; Annie Burkman and husband, Sonny, Exeter, N.H.; two brothers, Ronald Langdon and wife, Polly, Watertown; and Leroy Langdon, New York. Donna worked for several prominent families in Manhattan. She loved to work in the yard with her flowers and go to the lake to be by the water. At her request there will be no viewing, she will be cremated. There will be a graveside memorial for the family at Reilly Cemetery in Kansas at a later date and time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the family at 218 Hillside Lane, Somerset, PA 15501 to help with medical expenses.
