OBITUARY
Mrs. Nora A. Clevenger, 90, of Buckner Street, Maysville died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She was born in Muhlenberg County on January 4, 1916, the daughter of the late Dave and Arreola Buchanan Fleming.
Mrs. Clevenger was formerly employed at Wald Manufacturing and Parker Tobacco Company and she was a member of the Central Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd "Buck" Clevenger; three sons, James Clevenger of Maysville, Rev. Dan Clevenger (Barbara) of Shelbyville, Tenn. and Richard Clevenger (Nell) of Bristol, Va; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Dorothy Drake of Hammond, Ind., Luria Drake of Martinsville, Ind. and Audra Dillingham.
Three brothers, Wilbur Fleming, Homer Fleming and Bill Fleming and two sisters, Hallie Shelton and Lesta O'Daire, preceded her in death.
Funeral services for Nora Clevenger will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2006 with Rev. Robert Donovan officiating.
Burial will be in the Maysville Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
