You know, an interesting side of the tree is Elizabeth Robinson, whose line goes directly back to the 1300's in Scotland and a couple of generations beyond that with dates.

I have proved my Holland line from Elizabeth Robinson Truitt m. John Wingate Truitt probably in Smith Co., Tn. and were in Texas by 1839 after stopping in Ala. for a few years. My line is from Michael Holland b. in Hanover Co., Va. Ca. 1686 m. Judith. Their son Dr. George Holland m. Sarah Ford in Hanover or Goochland Co., Va. They had Betty Holland who m. Stephen Robinson 13 June 1774. They produced James Robinson m. Elizabeth Fite who produced my Elizabeth Robinson m. John Wingate Truitt who came to the Republic of Texas. 1510
