  General Notes:

After Arthur and Hazel married, they lived in a boxcar as he frequently had to move with work. Their boxcar would be hooked onto a train and then unhooked at their destination.

Later, Roland worked for the veteran's hospital in North Little Rock, taking care of animals, probably hogs.

He is buried in McRae, AR. ¹³⁶⁵
