The Casselman Chronicles 1996 Vol 2 article John Ringler and his Descendants by Janet Bender: John and Mary had four sons: Matthias, Jacob, John Adam and Andrew, and one daughter Salome. At least three sons (Matthias, born 1749; John Adam, born 1756; and Jacob) lived in Somerset County. The baptismal records of John Adam and wife Margaretha's children are from the Berlin Reformed Church. By 1793 John Adam was on the Elk Lick Township tax list.
