OBITUARY
Charles Raymond (Charlie) Taylor passed away on March 1, 2012.
He was born on December 13, 1954 in Freer, Texas to Raymond Emory Taylor and Sally Rucker Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Sylvia G. Taylor. His sons, Nicholas (Amy) Taylor, Noah (Kelsie) Taylor, Justin (Loretta) Taylor and Kevin (Samantha) Ramirez. One daughter, Kimberly (Randy) Moreno. His grandchildren, Kamryn, McKenna, Riliegh, Nathan, Parker, Corbin, Anabelle, Addyson and Liam. They will truly miss their pa-paw. Also surviving, his only brother, Jack (Pam) Taylor and Aunt Charleen Moreau.
Charlie recently retired from Flint Hills after 32 years of service. He enjoyed traveling, hunting and the great outdoors with his family. Charlie was known for this witty sense of humor. He never met a stranger.
Pallbearers are Gilbert Gonzales, Nicholas Taylor, Noah Taylor, Justin Taylor and Kevin Ramirez.
Honorary pallbearers are Nathan, Parker, Corbin, and Liam.
The family would like to thank Dr. Rice and the nursing staff at Christus Spohn Memorial 2nd floor ICU for their care of Charlie.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Seaside Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 5, 2012 at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
