COTTER, R.M. born Linn Co., 4 March 1846 died 2 June 1912. Married Martha Hooker 30 March 1869. Six children, three, Walter of Oakley, Ks., Frank, Goodland, Ks., and Charley of North Salem survive, with mother. Burial Jenkins Cemetery.

Richard served in the Civil War with Co. L 12th Missouri Cavalry.
