Comments: Great site! I am trying to locate my Great Grandmother's 2nd husband. Her name was Josephine Friedline, born in 1892 or 1893 in Ohio. She married Henry Garringer on Dec 11, 1908 in Jay County Indiana. They divorced after 1912. I met her in 1972 and remember her as Grandma Hooker. Josephine Hooker died in 1975 in Indiana. |

Comments: My great-grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Johnson Sloan, was the sister of John Calvin Johnson, married to Susan Milzouri Rhodes. John and Mary lived near each other and farmed on the Blackland Prairie in TX around 1930. I have a picture of Mary. I am still working on the Johnson research and find a lot of connection to other Fenter Township families. |
