General Notes: While Stan was serving in the Air Force stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and Andrews AF Base, the family saw history being made first hand. Sightings of President's Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, and George Bush were part of living in the area. Working as a procurement officer Stan had been chief of contracts for the Air Force's F-15 fighter plane and AF representative to the F-16 consortium consisting of U.S., Belgium, Denmark, and Norway. He also worked on the Star Wars Program that eventually brought down the Berlin Wall. Seeing the Life Events: 1. Education: Mississippi State University: Starkville, Oktibbeha, Mississippi, USA. 1853 Played basketball for MSU. 2. Occupation: US Air Force. 1853 Stan married Janice Kay Evers, son of James Paul "Paul" Evers and Jeanette Florence Kennedy, on 12 Sep 1964.1853 (Janice Kay Evers was born on 8 Jul 1946 in Cairo, Alexander, Illinois, USA 1853.) |
