ERNEST BOGGS b 1 May 1902 Continental, Putnam Co., OH s/o James A. Boggs, Jr. & Catherine Spencer m 10 Sep 10 1924 SUSAN WAGNER. Rev. Ernest Boggs 75, Belmore, died at 2: 40 A.M. Sunday (17 Aug 1977) in the Total Care Nursing Home, Ottawa, OH. He had been in failing health for the past six years. He was retired minister of the Pilgrim Holiness Faith. He served pastorates in Leipsic, Keiferville, Delphos and many other churches in the surrounding area. He also farmed and was employed at the Weather Seal Corp., Ottawa until his retirement in 1967. He was the former secretary-treasurer of the Belmont Grade school. Funeral services were at 1 P.M. Tuesday in the First Church of the Nazarene, Leipsic. He was buried in the North Mount Zion Cemetery, Rice, OH.
