Eochaid I mac Aeden King of Dál Riada
General Notes: Eochaid I Buide ( Scottish Gaelic : Eochaid mac Aeden) was king of Dál Riada from 608 until 629. He was the younger son of King Aedan and succeeded his father upon the death of his elder brothers. "Buide" refers to the colour yellow, as in the colour of his hair. He died in 629 and was succeeded by Connad. 1874 Life Events: 1. Acceded: King of Dál Riada, 608-629. 1887 Eochaid married. |
