OBITUARY
Helen Elizabeth Hooker 65, of Browning, died Tuesday May 14, 1985 at the Pershing Hospital in Brookfield. The daughter of Forrest and Fern Shivley Hamilton, she was born July 26, 1919 in Gallatin, Mo.
On May 11, 1940 she married Rex Hooker who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Linda Grime and Mrs. Robin Lett, both of Browning. One son Mike Hooker of Trenton; six grandchildren, her father Forrest Hamilton, two brothers, Wayne Hamilton and Robert Hamilton, all of Kimberling City.
She was preceded in death by her mother and stepmother Clara who raised her, her brother Jack Hamilton and infant son, Stephen.
Helen was a member of the Browning United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday May 16, 1985 at Browning United Methodist Church with the Rev. Nicholas Campbell officiating. Burial will be in the Locust Valley Cem. Wright Funeral Home of Browning is in charge of the arrangements.
