OBITUARY
MARY HAVENS was born in Sweetwater TX 8 Aug 1887 to WILLIAM JAMES and HANNAH PITTMAN and died at home west of Browning MO 29 July 1943. She had lived for 40 yrs in the community. At the age of 20 she came to New Mexico where she married GEORGE HOOKER at age 25. They moved to Browning MO where 4 children were born, KATHERINE STEPHENSON, REX E. and JOE HOOKER, all of San Diego CA and DOROTHY MAUDLIN of South Pasadena CA.
