Family Bible owned by Creed A. Neeper in 1936 says that “Thomas Neeper died on May 8, 1869, in the sixty-first of his age.” This would put his birth in 1808 instead of 1803.
Thomas married Lucy Shelton. (Lucy Shelton was born about 1812 and died on 25 Oct 1884.) |
