OBITUARY-Mrs. Amy Hooker
Tribute will be paid to Mrs. Amy Hooker, 73-year-old Woodland resident, at funeral services to be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Tuesday) in Kratt Brothers chapel.
The Rev. R. A. Wilson, Jr., of the Assembly of God church will officiate. Mrs. Donald Mendes will be organist.
Interment will be in the Woodland cemetery.
Mrs. Hooker died Friday afternoon at Yolo General Hospital where she had been admitted as a patient on Wednesday afternoon after having suffered a stroke.
A native of Illinois, Mrs. Hooker had been a resident of Yolo county for the past 25 years. She made her home at 317 Cleveland Street, Woodland, and was a devout member of the Assembly of God church.
Survivors include four stepsons, Charles and Robert of Woodland, Howard Hooker of West Sacramento, formerly of Woodland, and Theron Hooker of Colorado, one stepdaughter, Mrs. Elmer Linebroker of Crane, Mo., a sister. Mrs. Ida Place of Freeport, Ill., a brother, Ellis Adair of Clio, Iowa, and a nephew, Kenneth Sutterlyn of Fairfield.
