Know all men by these presents: That I, James Floyd McKeehan, presently residing at Lono, Hot Spring County, Arkansas, being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Will or Codicils heretofore made by me. First: I direct that all my just debts shall be paid and that the legacies hereinafter given shall, after the payment of my just debts be paid out of my estate. Second: I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mrs. Margarethe Borner McKeehan, all of property, real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and character, wheresoever located, of which I may die siezed, absolutely. Third: In the event my said wife should predecease me, or should we die simultaneously, then in either, event, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Linda Sue McKeehan, the sum pf $25.00. All the rest and residue of my property, real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and character, wheresoever located, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my son, Michael John McKeehan and to my daughter, Marcella Renee McKeehan, absolutely, share and share alike. Fourth: I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife, Margarethe Borner McKeehan, executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and it is my desire that she serve without bond. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of June, 1975, in the presence of Joe W. McCoy and Kay McCoy, who at my request, attest the same in my presence. (signed) James F.
